To tell the truth, I don’t want to believe women or men can be that stupid but such things happens … Anyways, he or she is probably expecting you to say, “Yes, baby, much better” and you can use one of these:

That is the stupidest question ever. The question is always asked in times when you simply drift away for a couple of minutes. What are you supposed to say? “Nothing” or “It’s OK”? I have a better variant.
